Creative Flow: The Official Dream Con Welcome Experience is a multi-sensory social networking experience curated by Black Houston Creatives Network, designed to welcome DREAMERS to Houston while spotlighting the city’s creative energy, cultural influence, and artistic talent. Blending cosplay, art, music, fashion, content creation, cars, community, and connection, Creative Flow creates a vibrant space where Black imagination, creative expression, and Houston’s role as a cultural force is on full display.
